Booking & Reservations

All bookings are confirmed only after a deposit is received. Details about the deposit amount and payment schedule are provided at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at or before the time of service.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before service receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of service may forfeit the deposit. Weather-related cancellations are handled case by case.

Conduct in Vehicle

Clients and all passengers are expected to treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Any damage beyond normal wear — including but not limited to upholstery damage, broken equipment, or cleanup beyond standard — will be billed to the reserving party.

Alcohol Policy

For services involving guests 21 or older, alcohol consumption is permitted in compliance with Utah law. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on any service involving minors, including prom and school events. Underage drinking or illegal drug use results in immediate termination of service with no refund.

Liability

High Class Limousine Services carries commercial limousine insurance. We are not liable for personal items left in the vehicle, delays caused by weather, road conditions, or events outside our control.

Overtime

Reservations that extend beyond the booked time are charged in hourly increments at the standard service rate. The chauffeur will notify the client when approaching the end of the reserved time.
